My vet told me 2 things go on with eye boogies... yeast overgrowth and alergies. He suggested putting coconut oil in their food. Only takes a little 1/4 to 1/2 tsp for small dogs. 1tsp for 20 pds and up. My babies love Nutiva they lick it right off spoon
