Default Ozzie diagnosed with pancreatitis

Ozzie has been diagnosed with pancreatitis, due to the fact that his lipase levels are extremely high (in the thousands) and he is overweight.
But my feeling is that the vet might be wrong, as Ozzie has no weight-loss, is eating happily, does not vomit.
His tommy is bloated as well.
Can anybody advise, I questioned this twice with my vet, but they just say that pancreatitis shows in different ways. I looked all over the internet and only his weight and the lipase level count agree, all other signs are not there.
Anybody had the same, as Yorkies are (so said) more likely to get pancreatitis.
Many many thanks from a very worried Mum.
