Our big dog is a pound rescue. We've had her and loved her for 9 years nearly. This dog would give her life for us, and is so cute with the little ones. After we lost Gracie and Scruffy and brought Lexy home (at 1 lb.!), Cinder looked at me as if to say "Mama, you know I'm too old to raise another one!" Now she is playing with Lexy like she did with Gracie. It is sooo cute to see an 80 lb. dog playing with a 1 1/4 lb. puppy! She is so gentle with her and makes Lexy feel so BIG!!!!!
I wouldn't trade Cinder for any dog in the world! Gracie was my heart, but Cinder has a very big part of me forever! |
