I use adult size for Shian (about a small-med pant), however she isn't a tiny yorkie.
Maybe a childs size med/lg for your baby. They will go around her body so you'll just basically have to judge by that. Just experiment some, for the really tiny yorkies
even the shirt sleeves might work. I'll e-mail you the pics I took.
