Will know more on the Oklahoma proposed regulations soon. Breeders are asking for the State to pass it for everyone who own three (3) or more breeding females to pay the state fees and pay for inspections. It is not based on how many pups you sell. It is based on how many dogs you have!! It is those who have less breeding dogs who sit out on the street corner selling sick animals. Oklahoma is going to stop puppy mills in Oklahoma!!! yea. Vote for the bill to pass......
