I think I'll be going with Trupanion. They have no lifetime limit in any of the states now (my previous link is slightly out of date) and do not require any special notations in the charts (although I had my vet make a few anyway). They have great coverage it seems at a comparable price to PetPlan. They cover genetic/hereditary/chronic conditions.
Any more review on the claims process for Trupanion?
