Lol, Joey's breeder told me this too. She said the main cause of dry flakey skin in not rinsing enough, and boy does she check his skin when I bring him in for a grooming! Great tips, and an important reminder about dilution if using Biogroom, as it's super concentrated, and you should always mix it with water before using. Those little samples will go a long way!
