Over the last few years, I think people are feeling increasingly helpless and frustrated...and that their voice just doesn't matter (ie, in the government, the mortgage crash, our food supply, the bank/Wall St crash, and on and on and on).
At least this amazon issue reaffirms that our voice can make a difference, and that we need to use it - rather than do nothing.
