I have to share a few photos of Barley. The first two are how he looked in the shelter. The last two have been taken over the last two years that we have been blessed to have our little man in our lives. When we got him he was very interested in just watching everything that was going on outside around him and could care less about interacting with us. But the second we got in the house he seemed to click and wanted to love and play with us. Living in a shelter is very hard and scary for them. Put yourself in the dog's shoes....they were taken away from their families and put in these cages in a room with a lot of other dogs in cages that are all crying out for love. It's heart breaking and that is probably what you were seeing in her. I'm sorry this one didn't work out, but I'm sure you will find your diamond in the ruff just like we did with Barley.
