I was planning I getting a medium but I don't know if their sized run big, small or just right.
Here are Coco's measurements
back of neck to base of tail- 18"
Around the neck- 15" to 15 and a half
Chest/Girth- 21" with the extra 2 recommended on the site it's 23"
Should I get a medium or no?
