Sumo wrestler, lol, I like that. Many of us call our boy's topknots "ninja knots" for the males in the family, but the truth of it is, both males and males require a topknot in the show ring. There is really no difference in the way a male and female should look aside from the sex organs! I always keep Joey's hair in a top knot, and really like those little mini claw clips to cover the band; it looks masculine enough. Here's a picture:
