I suggest a visit to the vet is in order; if you weren't planning on breeding her, and you think she might be pregnant, you can't be sure who the "sire" is, be it that pomeranian, or a passing by Irish wolfhound. She can be spayed now, and should be so that you don't have to worry in the future about any more mishaps. Whelping puppies is not something you undertake on a whimsy. At real risk is the life of Pixie. Don't take the chance, spay her now.
