Well, he should be checked for diabetes to be safe, it's unlikely but possible. If he's having more frequent urination, along with increased drinking, he could have a Urinary Tract Infection, which I think is more likely than diabetes. And then too he may be having a kidney or bladder problem. Keep us posted after you see the vet.... sorry I couldn't help too much...
