You say you are a college student looking for a "low price" puppy.
Are you able to afford the vet bills that often come with a Yorkie?
Are you able to afford the time that a Yorkie needs?
Have you checked the shelters or rescue groups for adoptions?
If you find a breeder offering a "low price" Yorkie, check them out thoroughly. Ask in the breeder section on here, some breeders come on YT looking for posts such as yours and will PM you with Yorkies for sale.
Not all breeders are reputable, so check all out first.
Research now may save you heartache and high vet bills later.
