That's the whole point. Insurance is a business, so they try to make it confusing ON PURPOSE so that they make more money. You pay them for the insurance and then you go to make a claim. They don't want to pay YOU because then they lose money and profit. Insurance companies really aren't there to help you or to be a good citizen or any of that stuff, they're in it to make money. Therefore, their aim really isn't to help make it easier for you to get coverage.
