Awww. Poor baby; being kept outside all that time. I can't even imagine; yorkies are NOT outside dogs.
Already some of those with rescue experience will chime in so I won't offer any additional advice. I hope she soon gets comfortable there (I'll bet she will) and learns to love her new life of luxury.
Sounds like baby steps for everything new and patience, patience, patience.
