Any idea on what I can do or what is causing the flakiness? About a month ago before her grooming, I took her to the vet to get her annual shots and the vet said it was due to some oil and for me to drop back in to pick up a special shampoo if it doesn't go away after the grooming.
She's been groomed for about 3 weeks now and the flakiness is still there. HELP!
**We're stopping by the vet to grab the shampoo tomorrow.
