What's the response time on getting your reimbursement?
I filed my first claim with Embrace on 10/18/10, for Chelsea heart concerns that began on 10/16/10. I received an email from Embrace acknowledging receipt of my claim but that's the last I've heard and it into the fourth week now. I'm disappointed in their slow response time.
