How old is Rosco? It could be just genetics. Their fur changes color and I assume that their nose could too. I doubt it is sunlight. Yorkies that are show dogs don't necessarily spend much time outside and they have black noses. This is just my opinion - based on my own simple brain - not any knowledge of the subject!
