I looked up her breed and she is a "treeing walker" which is a type of coon hound and she should wiegh between 50 and 70 pounds (depends on what website) and my estimated guess that she wieghs between 20 and 30 pounds if that. When you pet her, you dont feel hair, you feel bones.  I texted the nieghbor to let her know that I planned on coming over soon to get her and she told me that I couldnt untill she got home at 430.   . So I dont have her at this moment, but I have been over there several times checking on her, petting her.. making sure she knows that it wont be long and she will be in a warm, safe, loving, home.
I really appreciate everyone's support with this. I will keep you all updated as much as I can on her progress.

Eyes are tearing up again. I can't tell you how happy I am that Rosie will be with you, very soon. It's just sick what they've done to her
. I really don't have words for it.
I would love to hear updates on this sweet girl, and can't wait until she is with you. Rosie looks like a kiddo who you can just fall in love with, just mellow and sweet.
