Attached is another blue born yorkie adult. As you can see, the blue coat on blue borns, don't grow the way the black/tan born yorkies coats grow. On the blue born, the tan coloring grows normally but in many, the blue coloring doesn't. Initially the coat may start out growing normally but often times between 6 mos. - 3 years, the blue coat becomes sparse and skin problems develop.
