OK, this is not a great video. I tried to do better, but the lady did not seem freindly so I couldn't get close, could be a language issue. Most here speak fluent English, but some of the older folks do not...
Anyway here in Helsinki the preferred small pooch seems to be the long haired dachshund; I have seen several & they do not dock tails here. Terriers are also popular it seems: Wire haired, Westies and miniature schnauzers. But in this cold climate (Alaska Yorkies asside
), there are mostly big dogs even in the city.
