Petco has collars and leashes for $1.00 - $1.50 on their website! They also had a harness vest that is pink with white polka dots for under $2.00, I got one for my little Chloe as well as a matching collar. I only let her wear a collar when she goes with me so that she will have her id on, she loves her collar though. I was able to get her and her big sister Munchkin (55 lbs.) a couple of matching collars but they only had one boy collar left that would fit Roscoe. They also have some dresses for $1.40 but they only had the larger sizes on the website.
