So sad -- your pic shows enough -- all those belts around her neck, and then a bungee cord to the house. Poor thing. I cannot stand people doing this to animals. What can they possibly be thinking? Dogs want ony to love and be loyal and to have them treated this way is just disgusting.
I sure hope you get her tonight. I can imagine it will be a quick turn around once she gets some daily food and love. |
