Agreed. We had 4 dogs in our house up until last spring. 3 big dogs and 1 little one. We always received compliments on how well behaved they were. For the most part they all got along really well, with the exception of two - they had there issues and caution needed to be taken to ensure that they were not in a situation that might evoke a fight.

The only thing that was too much was the hair! Omg, between a golden retriever and a great Pyrenees cross it got a little hairy at times.

The one thing about having multiple dogs is that they will aid in the training process. Our yorkie and doberman are about the same age, and when we brought them in our two older dogs really helped with the training. Things like staying by the front door were really easy to enforce.
