Yeah the candy corn could cause some problems, but they should be short term. I think it's unwise to switch foods too early, if he was doing well on the Eukanuba, I'd stay with that, until he's older. At 13 weeks, food switches are harder on them then any supposed benefits of a new food. You are right to switch slowly though. The first year, they will eat anything that hits the floor even before you know you dropped it!
