Sorry for not replying earlier I have just noticed that a couple of you asked where I bought the cupcake decorations.
I bought them all from Ebay, I typed in 'wooden cupcakes' and lots came up.
The decorations for the front of the wardrobe were all on a string with pegs on the back... I just cut them off the string, removed the pegs and glued them on.
I also bought the pink crystal door knobs from Ebay
