Epi Otic comes in two diff formulas alcahol based and Non-alcahol based. Many people do not know this, I personally do not like the alcahol based for the fact that if you are dealing with yeast the alcahol kills more good bacteria and allows the yeast to take over. Also alcohol can be very irritating to already irritated skin.
