She doesn't sleep in her bed! We stopped zipping Roxie up in her house at night because she was just giving us too hard of a time. DBF got tired of being bitten everytime he tried to put her in her house. So now we just leave her in the living room and put up a gate so she doesn't come upstairs. She refuses to sleep in any of her beds (she's got 2 in the living room)...she will sleep on the couch, on the recliner, or in the kitchen on the bench instead. I've spent so much money on these dog houses because I kept reading that Yorkie like cave-type places to feel secure. She's had a cage, a playpen, 2 carrier houses, and a plain old dog bed, yet still prefers my throw pillows on the couch to sleep on! Is there a way I can convince her to sleep in her bed at night, or is it just a lost cause at this point?
