If the pineapple doesn't work, try canned pumpkin. We feed ours pumpkin daily and its the only thing that worked for them. I do have to "mix" the pumpkin with the food for two of them, they will just eat around it.

We only had one "poo" eater, but have to feed them all pumpkin. If we don't then he will eat theirs and just not eat his own.
