Well it wouldn't have been carelessness because you do care! It would have been lack of knowledge if anything, but you came here for advice so you most definitely care. This community is a GREAT resource I've learned more than I ever thought I would here.
Don't apologize for being new. I was there once
and still am! I've done all the knowledge prep I can think of, but prep and practice are two very different things
