Yeah lengua kinda has a fatty texture, which is part of why I like it, I like to eat the fat.

Some people I know that are really picky about not having fat on their meat don't even eat clams bc they say it reminds them of fat. I totally disagree with that however.
Are you referring to kimchi? the korean pickled cabbage that the eat with everything? I don't like kimchi at all. I'm going to have to agree with that one. I do like the other korean veggie sides though, just not that one.
