I've read the thread about "Fired PetPlan" already and I'm concerned about rejection for my policy before it even starts. Like special requirements for things like LP notes, etc. I also have trouble understanding legal babble and so yes they'll probably send me a book with the contract, but will I understand it???
I've also heard PetPlan customer service is poor, so I was looking for opinions good and bad. Maybe even people who have tried a bunch of plans and their preferences. Really anything to help me out more than the websites and the phone calls to the companies and my other research has.
I was leaning toward PetPlan and now I'm confused @_@
