Two things I got which were really helpful were a Snuggle Puppy for him to sleep with..... it has a battery operated heart.... which beats... and a diaper genie for the potty pads.

I know I won't sleep and I'll be up waiting for when my mum brings her home. So sad I can't go get her, but I have class and I can't be on an all day flying trip
. I'm jealous of my mum, but not jealous of how exhausted she'll be after such a long day
. She leaves early in the morning and doesn't get home until close to midnight... IF the planes are on time

Oh! That sounds like a great toy/cuddle buddy. Maybe I'll pick one up. For now, I sent blankets that 1. smelled like me and our house and 2. so that they could pick up the scent of her mom and the litter. I figured that might ease her transition and anxiety some! A diaper genie is a great idea that I never thought of for potty pads, very creative.
