If you read the unofficial criagslist flagging faqs, it says that once an ad gets flagged, each time it becomes easier and easier to get it flagged with less flags. They would have to significantly change the ad or use different email address and phone numbers to get around it. So keep flagging and hopefully they will give up. It wastes a lot of time trying to keep up with ads that the CL community keeps flagging.
