I'm sorry your window got broken! I don't understand why people would do that and cause that damage and then not even steal anything! Not that stealing would be better, but it would give the window breaking a little more justification!
Two winters ago, it was -45 degrees outside, and somebody CUT OFF the plug end for my block heater. I was in a parking lot, I drove home, tried to plug my car in and it was gone! I went out the next morning to go to work and it was just frozen, the car wouldn't start
I had to get a ride to work and the next day I went out and bought a new end and put it on myself when the windchill was nearing -50 degrees
What possesses a person to do something like that, I'll never know.
