o man, that is so unblievably sad. it outrages me!! if u do end up getting in touch with him,plleeeeease get the "breeders" info and let us all know. 8 litters!?!?! my god. and such poor quality puppies im sure. those poor other little ones. i feel so bad for them- i want to cry just knowing that puppy mills and bad breeders exist. it really really angers me to the point of tears. how can people be like that?? i feel so bad for poor chloe too i want to just hug her owner! my heart breaks for him and his wife and chloe. you are so sweeet to tell him to let you know if he does decide to sell her, i think your so wonderful for seriously considering to take her in.
