You have had some good advice and as Sylvan said,, a teaching vet hospital is the best but even if getting to one is not possible for you, the baby still needs a more accurate diagnosis. If she is indeed a rescue, the rescue agency might help with her medical expenses. But, I think they would have told you about it when you took her, so maybe I mis-understand the status of the level of rescue she is..
