We have cleared up any misunderstandings and all Gift Certificates that were offered as prizes in the YorkieTalk 2010 Halloween Contest are indeed Gift Certificates which require no additional purchases. If the member chooses to purchase more than what the GC amount is for, they of course would have to pay the difference in that situation.
