She was just coming out of it. That is why some will wait about 6 weeks after the bleeding stops. No, it is not safe. No running, jumping, or rough play for at least 7-10 days (preferably 2 weeks). It can tear and abscess if she does not stay calm. Cage rest and very short least walks for potty...
