Its November 5th and it is only 46 degrees out and raining... yet it is totally normal and common to see a girl in flip flops or a guy in shorts & a tshirt! Seriously until there is snow on the ground you will not see a winter coat or boots at all.
I did it the other night myself... went out to get gas and it was 29 degrees out and windy and I wore flip flops, jeans, flannel PJ shirt and a sleeveless winter vest! HAHAHA
