 Yay! Finally a hard poop.
I want to thank everyone who helped me on my quest to get Beckham to finally have a hard poop. Since I got him 5 months ago, he had nothing but loose stools. Not bloody or diarreah - but just a loose.
I tried different pet foods to figure out the problem. I really didn't want to go on anything prescription because I have another very, very healthy yorkie that has no issues at all, and would eat the same food.
So with the help of some very knowledgable people here on YT, I found that looking for a dog food, low in protein and fat would help, with no grain. That helped........but what really did the trick was the "Wholistic Acidophilus". Once I added this to their diet, within a few days we had a very normal looking hard poop. Yay!!! We are all very happy now.
