My personal preference for brand is Oster. I use them on my horses, so that's proof that they will last. I'm growing Harley's hair out, so I don't use my small clippers much, but if you're doing both body clipping and fine detailed clipping you may want to separate sizes, one small set for the face and behind areas, and probably legs, and the bigger ones for the rest. I'm not familiar with the blade sizes though. But this is just a guess, cause I'm only used to clipping horses, never body clipped a dog before.
