God people like that make me SICK.
I bet THEY didnt go without food yesterday!!
Even if you couldnt afford to get anymore dog food you would atleast use common sense and give it some people food, Im usually against giving dogs people food but if my dog was so hungry it was throwing up and shaking I would atleast TRY.
These people shouldnt be allowed dogs if they cant even afford or be bothered to give them the basic care that they need.
You gave really good advice lets just hope they take it!
