I put a spoon of instinct in Zhoie's food, she loves it. When I open a can, I divide it in 4 small, wee small containers and freeze it. The one i'm using out of, I keep for 4 days. After you do it for awhile, you will know how much you will use in like 3-4 days and you can store in containers accordingly. Hope, this helps.
