Do you have any nutrical/nutristat or kayro syrup you can give her? I would be worried about her sugar levels since she is lethargic and has thrown up. If you press on her gums...not super hard or anything like that...just until it turns white...take off your finger and it should turn pink right away. I am a worrier so I think I would take her for a check up somewhere else like an er.
