I NEVER questioned the quality of her product...... Maybe I went on more than I would usually to show that I had interest in the product and it was not all negative.

I mentioned I had been hesitant to give an honest review on the product and this is why..... I find this a little funny as you say Minksheen is "nasty and harsh." ... So, which review is "rough?"

I use Minksheen and am not all that crazy about its smell either. But I do love what it does with their hair and not having to use Frontline has been a huge blessing. I get it from a YT member too. I tried to make sure I balanced my negative with some positives on several counts.

I think you did a great job conveying your thoughts. People need to learn how to take feedback (I think Walnut Hill took it well and professionally, explaining asked questions etc.) take it for what it is or leave it just the same. Without hearing a person no one can really know the tone and inflection they put into their words.

I did the same thing. I got a sample a long time ago and honestly did not like it, and was afraid to tell her/send the pm I typed up giving her feedback. It came down to the only shampoo I had left when the store stopped carrying my favorite brand so I used it and ended up LOVING it.

Another great natural flee preventative (for us FLORIDA gals) is Flea Free. This stuff is AMAZING!!! Works on all bugs (fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, etc). I LOVE IT! It says to use daily but I use biweekly, if that.
