IMHO, they look mostly Yorkie, so the Yorkie Poo might be a good guess for the father. But I'm not a puppy expert.
Did you take your new girl to the vet within a few days of getting her so you could at least know ahead of time this was going to happen? The best idea is to get them into the vet as soon as possible so you know you have a healthy dog.
