I did research and picked out a breeder in Atlanta (about 4 hours away). I knew I wanted a little girl and she had two available (twins). She really felt that the other one was the one for me but while I was sitting on the floor with them the other one took a little tumble and ran to the breeder. Sadie climbed up on my lap and stayed the whole time. I've always said that she picked me. A year later when we decided to get a little boy I went back to the same breeder. She had two. One was going to be bigger and more outgoing, the other was smaller and more laid back. She and I talked and I decided over the phone that I wanted the laid back one so that Sadie could still be the "queen bee". It was different with Beemer because he was already picked before I got there. He was such a calm puppy but so cuddly. He is soooo different than Sadie and I love it. They are inseparable now and I just love the differences in them. |
