 Hurt Yorkie
I came home from work yesterday to find my Yorkie (Milo) with a fractured front leg. I took him to the vet and they set the fracture and placed him in a splint. The Vet is really trying to push surgery but said it's not necessary. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so did the Yorkie recover well with only a splint. Surgery is expensive and I just paid $750 at the vet last night. Milo is only 11 months and may have a good chance of healing fully without the surgery. I just want to know all my options befire I put the poor little guy on the operating table. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks,
